FleetFocus™ FA allows organizations to capture and analyze all costs associated with owning and operating a fleet of vehicles, including equipment tracking, work order processing, preventive maintenance scheduling, parts and fuel inventory, and vehicle component warranty costs. Base System

Comprehensive Asset Management — The system tracks each equipment unit from pre-acquisition to post-disposition, including life-cycle status, location(s), department and operator assignments, availability, warranties, and other status information.

• Unlimited asset/component tracking.
• Equipment records, including type, serial number, model number/ID, manufacturer, purchase/lease date, location, and more.
• General ledger number, department, and cost center associated with each equipment unit, as well as original and replacement costs.

• Enter meter readings on work orders.
• Identify work as warranty or non-warranty.

• Maintain item numbers, stock locations, quantity on hand, and unit costs.
• Specify reorder quantity and reorder points based on min./max. values.
• Check out, return, and move inventory.
• Enter and update physical inventory counts.
• Calculate LIFO, FIFO, or Weighted Average parts cost.
• View all physical inventory transactions.

Mobile Computing — A comprehensive platform that enables remote parts and labor capture functionality, as well as bar code capabilities using "ruggedized" Palm® or Symbol® devices. The mobile device software allows users to access numerous features in a remote environment:

• Inventory and Receiving - Perform inventory reconciliation, issue parts to a work order, receive parts into inventory, and perform direct issues of parts.
• Work Order and Inspection Management - Remotely record all work order or inspection tasks and open new work orders in the field.
• Labor Capture - Capture all labor transactions associated with a work order or inspection.
• Indirect Transactions - Record meter readings, test results, fuel/fluid tickets, and perform a yard or facility check.

Purchasing

• Order, receive, and return items/services.
• Calculate purchase order costs, view amount paid, quantity ordered, amount received, and total cost.
• Vendor "ship to" and "confirm to" addresses.
• Receive/return items or services to stock locations, work orders, equipment, cost centers, or employees.
• View item status information for PO items.
• Integrate to third party e-procurement systems for replenishment orders.

Labor Management and Scheduling

• Manage all resources, including labor, parts, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Create detailed employee records for maintenance personnel.
• Enter employee skill requirements, completed training, and certifications.
• Schedule work by priority.
• Differentiate between critical repair orders and PM work
• Re-generate schedules at any time to account for changes in workload, available resources, priorities, or start dates.
